At Enky, we’re redefining how people design and furnish their spaces across Europe. As our Administration Operations Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our operational infrastructure-ensuring that our day-to-day activities run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently across multiple countries. You’ll be responsible for the backbone functions that keep Enky moving forward: accounting, legal compliance, HR, finance, and process optimization.
This is a high-impact role with wide scope and autonomy. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is comfortable juggling multiple jurisdictions.
💼 Finance & Accounting
Manage accounting operations for France, Belgium, and the UK, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.
Coordinate with multiple external accounting firms (1 in Belgium, 1 in France handling 3 French entities, and multiple in the UK for 3 entities), including follow-ups, document sharing, and alignment.
Oversee internal bookkeeping and accounting records: gather, prepare, and send documents to external accountants.
Lead invoice issuance, manage direct debit collections, and monitor client payment recovery.
Validate investment inflows (via internal Enky software) and interface with crowdfunding platforms.
🧾 Banking & Payments
Monitor and manage company bank accounts (KBC Belgium, Revolut).
Validate payments for team members, freelancers, and vendors.
Review and approve transfers; maintain control systems to ensure payment accuracy.
Set up and maintain tracking tools (currently built on Google Sheets and Notion).
📑 Legal & Compliance
Handle legal administration, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Act as the primary liaison with legal advisors, notaries, and compliance partners in each country.
Ensure tax compliance and accurate financial reporting across all entities.
👥 HR & People Operations
Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination with providers.
Support employee lifecycle processes and work closely with finance to ensure compliance and accuracy.
🔧 Process Optimization
Continuously improve internal administrative processes to boost efficiency and reliability.
Build and implement scalable tools and workflows to support company growth.
3–5+ years experience in administrative, financial, or operational roles.
Experience working across multiple legal jurisdictions is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and a comfort with digital tools in general.
A self-starter mindset: proactive, independent, and solutions-oriented.
